HobbyHubble is a multi-user hobby management platform designed to help hobbyists organize their unbuilt kit backlog, track work-in-progress (WIP) build stages, log workbench timer hours, inventory paints and supplies, and optionally showcase completed builds on public builder profiles.

To use HobbyHubble, you authenticate using Google OAuth 2.0. By authenticating, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use online services).
• You are the authorized owner of the Google account used to sign in.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

You retain 100% full ownership of all data, text, photos, session logs, notes, and information you upload or submit to HobbyHubble ("User Content").

License to Operate: By uploading User Content, you grant HobbyHubble a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, store, transfer, display, and reproduce your content for the purpose of operating the application and providing the service to you.

Public Showcase Visibility: If you elect to enable the Public Showcase feature (/#showcase/@username), you grant us permission to display your completed builds, display name, bio, and WIP build photos publicly on the web. You may make your showcase private at any time in your profile settings.

HobbyHubble is an independent hobby organizer. All product names, trademarks, logos, and brands mentioned on the platform (including but not limited to Gundam, Gunpla, Bandai Namco, Warhammer 40,000, Games Workshop, Battletech, and HobbyLink Japan) are property of their respective owners.

You agree not to misuse the HobbyHubble platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or fraudulent content.
• Uploading photos or assets that infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of third parties.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or breach the vulnerability of our servers, Amazon Web Services infrastructure, or authentication mechanisms.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against the service.
• Distributing malicious code, scripts, trojans, viruses, or automated scraping bots without prior written consent.

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access using modern cloud infrastructure. However, the service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected immediately. We recommend maintaining your own records or backups of critical build logs and photos.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HobbyHubble, its maintainers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

You may stop using HobbyHubble at any time and request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security and integrity of the service.
